Promedical Vanuatu is operating as usual. We are receiving a high volume of calls to our emergency 115 number
The public is assured that during these difficult times, we will endeavour to continue providing an international level of pre-hospital emergency health care to our community. For months, we have prepared for this situation. We have a standard operating procedure in place to keep our staff and the community safe.
We wish to ask the public to be patient with our emergency call-takers and front-line staff, especially when calling our emergency line 115. We wish to advice our valued members and the community to reserve the use of our services for critical illness or injury such as:
- Chest pain
- Stroke like symptoms
- Diabetic emergencies
- Pregnancy emergencies
- Other medical emergencies and severe uncontrolled pain
- Severe trauma or traumatic injuries
